  • This critical shot of the film is entirely digital. I designed the Spaceship and Art directed the shot. I co-supervised the VFX process of the digital jungle, and spaceship to bring the shot to life, from pre-viz to its final form.

  • I conceptualized and designed the Spaceship as well as the Concept Designed of the ecosystem of the jungle at different levels,

  • I supervised the VFX process with the team of Automatik Berlin and Juan Manuel Betancourt (Previz) in Colombia.

“The fully digital jungle was conceptualized from the ground up, considering every specific species that compose it at different heights, and the rythms the composition of the forest would create through the shot, designed in pre-viz.”

The propulsion system was designed departing from considerations about sound and frequencies that were key themes of the film.

The spaceship needed to embody the contradiction of very advanced technology, with the feeling of an ancient artifact.
